Making the ravioli:
Put each sheet of pasta on one side and pour a bit filling in between the sheets. Make sure the mixture is not wet or liquid. Gently turn the rollers in order to create ravioli. Add the filling until there are no more sheets of pasta left and put the raviolis on a surface with a little bit or flour so that they dry. Separate ravioli helping a knife. Cook in boiling water with a little bit of salt for 3-5 minutes.
